Our group offers friendship, emotional support, and practical guidance, helping members navigate their journey with confidence and connection. We meet regularly in Poulton and Lytham, providing a safe place to connect, share, and support one another through life’s challenges. 

Through support meetings, guest speakers, wellbeing activities, and social events, we promote both mental and physical wellbeing, ensuring that every member has access to the help and encouragement they need.
